Potential
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe listing has great potential but is in need of some TLC. Bathroom tile was beautiful. Hardwood floors could use a refinishing and bedroom ceiling where there was an apparent leak needs help. The listing should also note there are a lot of stairs involved and broken sidewalks. We are both in our mid-seventies and it was not a problem for us but could be for some. Interior design was appropriate for the period.

Weekend gate away

There are a number of excellent food venues within walking distance. We recommend the JC Wyeth House for very fine dining, make sure to call for a reservation at least two weeks in advance.
The Vineyard Mansion is lovely. Situated next to the Wyeth-Toole mansion on a high point in the city that provides a view of the Missouri River.
The location is quiet, with very little traffic and noise. The price is reasonable and the provided amenities are thoughtful.
