Stunning hotel, literally everything is walkable from the hotel. Great restaurant options, near the beach and bars. Only issue the rooms can be really hot.

Underwhelming

I booked this hotel solely for the infinity pool which was closed during my stay which was disappointing as it was advertised as open and it was 20c plus during my entire trip. The heat/ ac was broken therefore the rooms were super hot even when you had the beat turned off. I talked to reception about it but they said there was nothing they could could do. I had the window open 24/7 but my room Was facing inwards so the noise/ echo’s from the other rooms also facing inward was so loud. A couple were parting until 2am and it was impossible to get sleep. Disappointed overall as I’d have chosen a hotel that was a different vibe had I know the pool would be closed and the rooms would be sweltering.

I Will Never Stay At This Hotel Again

I would never stay here again. The air conditioning showed 17C but was actually near 13C. Making it cold and uncomfortable. Controls in the room made no difference. Staff at Reception told me it was set like this for entire hotel. And nothing I / he could do to change it. Soap in the shower not refilled so ran out. One day our if 3 towels replaced with inferior quality towels. Nobody replaced the free teabags. Asked woman at Reception. She promised to have them delivered to my room. Not delivered. My partner deeply unhappy with all of this. Ruined our stay.

great location

great location in the heart of st julian ,hi tech bedrooms and the most comfortable beds attention to detail very good with good cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel Good value for money .Room noise is high at night due to location.

Disappointed

Have stayed here several times and always had a good experience. This time was not great due to the room temperature being set at 17degrees. We were told the whole floor is set to that but they would switch our room off which would bring up the temperature. It didn’t make much difference at all, so the room was far too cold to be comfortable. We stayed at the Boutique the night before and that was individual room heating and was so much better.

I check-in to a hotel every birthday staff didn’t acknowledge that it was my birthday even though they took my passport. This is the first time this has happened in the last six years. Also the room that I had was not a Seaview room and there was a smell of somewhat cooking scent in my room , I’ve stayed at the boutique hotel and enjoyed it as to why I bought the main hotel. This time I would say my stay at the boutique hotel was better . Didn’t have any issues over there and the staff were much friendly. I will be returning this week for business
