My only complaint is a pretty big one and that is I didn't have heating in my room...

I needed a room for the nite and it provided me with what i needed. I would suggest the matteresses are changed and the shower is looked at. They are either cold or really hot. It was difficult to modulate the temperature to a warm setting. The matress was too soft

QUITE CORRECT-THE BUILDING DATES FROM 1832 AND AUGUST EVEN IN ENGLAND IS SOMETIMES TOO WARM.
