Very poor experience and poor customer care
When we arrived the heating was not working and the flat was cold. There was no welcome pack with instructions or details of how to contact the management company. The response was therefore slower than it might have been. After about 4.5 hours the maintenance person arrived and fixed the problem. However it ceased working again soon afterwards. There was a fan heater but it did not work. There was also then a problem with the lighting so that there was no light in the bathroom. It was by this stage too late to return home. We stayed one night. The host called the following morning but was still unable to solve the problem. We decided to leave and left the flat at 10am, although we had booked for two nights. We realise that things can go wrong, but the response was too slow. Therefore our experience was to stay in a very cold flat for one night rather than two and we could not use the bathroom properly. Very disappointing and we are out of pocket.
