This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Check in was quick and easy with friendly hotel, museum, and wait staff. The property is beautiful. The rooms are incredibly clean and have a sleek, modern feel. I especially appreciate their efforts to make the hotel experience more sustainable with reclaimed materials, eco friendly amenities, and skipping out on cheap one-off products (travel size toiletries) for bottles that stay in the room and I assume are refilled rather than tossed when empty. The pool is a proper 25yard pool that you can swim laps in. The gym is extensive and is open 24 hours. Both place include water taps in case you work up a thirst. Steam rooms, a sauna, and waterfall showers are located near the pool. Overall this hotel is an incredible experience at a reasonable price. Perfect for a weekend getaway, a special occasion, or a holiday. I cannot recommend 21C hotels enough. My partner and I plan on visiting other locations in the future and will go out of our way to book with them when possible.
