Hotel was dirty…from the numerous carpeting stains in the hallways, stairwells, and the room, the room had the mattresses tipped up against the box springs upon our arrival at 10pm that night, several cracked floor tiles at the side entrance, and we had coffee available downstairs in the morning but that was it, not sure what happened to the continental breakfast they advertised…it was not a pleasant trip for us.

They say they are pet friendly, but I didn’t see where they charge you $20 a night for a dog. Then they have rooms that are pet friendly. The 1 we had was nasty, smelled like the carpeted hadn’t been clean ( never ).And our dog is house broken! There was food behind the night stand.( my dog kept trying to get to ) Paint falling off the walls, shower head water sprayed up! Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall! Won’t ever stay here again. If I were you, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, you’ll thank me.. I’ve traveled a lot, never been in a nastier place..

Friendly hosts and close to all the action.

The staff were very friendly. Beautiful smiles and seemed excited to hear about the Anime convention we were attending. There's no maid service so remember to ask for extra towels, trash bags etc. easy to do and graciously given. We plan to stay there again next year.

It was alright, room was very dark and hard to see even after taking lamp shades off and opening the curtains for light, and the bathroom. Towel rack was broken and leaning down, you could see where someone tried to fix it. The shower- unless I'm dumb, barely trickled any water and had to alternate between scalding hot to try and warm it up to middle mark to get any water out of the shower head to wash soap out of your hair. Went early for breakfast and the only thing seen was toast and bagel. But no biggie there I'm not much on breakfast to begin with but was curious what was there.

This was by far the worst hotel, my family has ever checked in at. To start, the front desk had a line of people waiting for 25 minutes before the front desk attendant came running in through a side door saying, "sorry, who's next?" We checked in, had to drop off our bags and leave right away. When we came back a couple hours later, I realized I left my keys in the room. I then asked the front desk attendant for a new set of keys, and she just gave them to me without any confirmation of who we were. Not safe. Once we got off the sketchy elevator and to our room, we then realized how bad of shape the room was in. The light fixtures were falling off the wall. Hair in the stained tub. The door chain lock was falling off the door. The faucet was broken, and the sheets had a stain on them. The entire hotel stunk dirty, musty, and old smoke. We packed up our bags immediately and went to the hotel desk to tell the attendant we would not be staying the night. She asked if anything was wrong with the room. I said, there was a lot wrong with it and it was nothing I had hoped. She then said, ok, your receipt will be sent to you via email. Which, I still have not received. No questions, apologies or explanations for anything. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever seen.

The staff was respectful and friendly upon check in, but when we got to our room the room was still somewhat dirty. There was lipstick and kiss marks on the mirror and there was what seemed to be a bed bug in the bed. We checked for more and did not see any so because it was already midnight and because we had already spent 5 hours on the road in the middle of storms we stayed. However, we did not get very much sleep because we did not feel relaxed or at east. It was not comforting to know that the room was not “cleaned” and that we might be sleeping with bed bugs. It was not the best experience for me and my two daughters.

I overall feel I paid too much for that room. Bathroom was dirty hair all over. Some of the things like ironing board and some hangers were broken. I didn’t like that the window opened all the way up. I’m a past housekeeper and I’ve worked at places charging that price and was worth it.

Didn’t get room I reserved since they didn’t even look at all instructions such as having a dog. Room was terrible, dirty, broken items. Door don’t even fit properly. Smoke detector removed and not replaced. Not even good food at breakfast, no plug in for toaster

Not worth the money for the price if the rooms. Nothing was cleaned properly. The fridge in toom 115 froze everything. Then we moved from 105 due to needing a shower for my husbands condition. Room they moved us too fridge had been broken and not on in a long time. It smelled horrible and had no power. The TV didnt have a remote or cable. My son and I haf to switch the televisions and microwaves from room to room just to get settled. The front drsk clerk is also the housekeeper and cook. For 2 days stay spending almost $500 I had to become housekeeper and maintenance anf assist with moving furniture. It's spider webs uncleaned linen just not worth what they are asking for nightly. I do not recommend however being displaced it was better than being in the dark or homeless.

After being in the room for 30 minutes, I checked out due to the cleanliness of the room; it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. I told the front desk clerk I could not stay there under those circumstances.

Horrible experience says it’s a non smoking hotel but they never cleaned the smoke smell out. Room was dirty bathroom had no towel rack no washcloths and no toiletries 1 small bar of soap. Would not recommend negative stars
