I found the room to be great, the parking and check in easy and the location was very good. I did not use the casino or restaurant so I can't report on those areas.

Room and properly were nice. Restaurant was ok but nothing great. Front desk staff was in training which took forever to check in. The worst was having to go back for keys and the most rude desk person wouldn’t give them to me. He almost ruined my entire evening, even calling me later in the casino giving me more grief about his mess up!

The person that checked us in was rude and condescending. We booked this room months in advance, you would think a bit of an early check in (without additional fee) would be appropriate. We literally were not alerted to our room availability until 4 o’clock after arriving and checking in around 1
