La douche etait froide. Pas beaucoup de pression. La piscine très froide...
Les reste est ok, mais trop cher pour le produit.

it was just a late night check-in from the airport only to leave early the next morning....I appreciated the convenient and free brkfst and the quiet environment....I had to return to the desk to have my room key recoded was the only minor issue not really worth mentioning...otherwise this hotel performed very well

When we arrived we were greeted by security and a person sitting on a computer. Second, when we went into the room at 12am the tub\shower looked as though someone had bathed a dog in it. Finally, when I went down to breakfast the attendant for breakfast was in the backroom sleep and when I awakened her asking about the waffles, she replied we only got biscuits and gravy today while all of the setup for waffles were present except for the batter. It's as if there is no authority or accountability present so everyone does ask they went. Horrible!

One night stop

BW Airport St.Louis is not an Airport hotel
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAbsolutely ticked off. This property is NOT an airport hotel. It’s 12 miles away, I found out belatedly. I called for a shuttle from the airport. The BW2 came and shuttled us to BW2. At the desk of BW2 which is 2 miles from airport, I found out that I was not at BW Airport St. Louis hotel. BW2 IS an airport hotel. So, I had to get a Lyft from BW2 to your so called BW Airport hotel. Then, Lyft again from hotel to airport following morning. Your hotel.com advertising for this hotel is deceptive. Everything at this property was fine and good value for the money.

Only thing was I had to switch rooms because the TV didn’t work and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough for the shower so it leaked

Just a quick few hour nap & shower . Breakfast was lacking so we went out to eat .
The virtual checkout sucked . They need to keep people at the front desk .
Otherwise it as OK
