Chaotic check in. Shady characters around hotel. Room next to ours had door propped open most of stay and was trashed. Later a mom with crying kids went in there. But worse thing was we found bedbugs on our bags the next day! I would avoid

It was a nice and spacious place. You’ll need to ask for towels and extra bedding, and unfortunately my microwave didn’t work.

Ants in the kitchen area. Had to switch rooms do to the mold smell from the carpet tub was stopped up just wasn’t comfortable at all.

Posted Sep. 1, 2024 on HotelsOur stay was pretty good! The staff was friendly and helpful and the area was nice. The rooms were a little outdated and the front door to our building didn't have a handicap button. Other than that, we had a good stay.

We stayed for 5 nights. Not once in that entire time did house keeping come. Not to bring a towel, empty a trash can, nothing. Had to call down and request toilet paper and towels multiple times.

Great stay nice staff. Needed them to spray ants in kitchen and not use to the humidity but very comfortable stay conversation area to stay in at Charles
