This historic townhouse is full of charm and boasts 5-star modern amenities as well as a fenced-in backyard. Located steps from the Mississippi River, surrounded by local breweries, and less than 2 miles to the city's downtown attractions, endless entertainment options are within arm's reach!

The space
2 Bedroom townhouse. Bedrooms upstairs with 3 queen beds and one full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Main level has a kitchen, living room and half bath. FREE Street parking. Due to being townhouse and shared walls, noise control is necessary. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, or LARGE Gatherings. Family member Asthmatic and NO SMOKING of Cigarettes or Marijuana, Vaping or ILLEGAL DRUG USE. Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m.

Internet router located in front bedroom bedroom right corner on top of shelf closest to window if needed to reset. Please turn off all lights and turn off climate control thermostat (HVAC) upon check out at 11:00 a.m. Cleaning supplies/soap under sink and cabinet next to sink. Washer/Dryer and toys in basement. Please put toys back into the proper boxes and on shelves.
