Noisy

Courtyard by Marriott always disappoints me.
Reception do not recognize Bon Voy member.

Good afternoon! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I apologize we failed to meet your expectations. We did note your request and I apologize we were unable to accommodate. We were sold out with multiple groups. We do not prioritize guests who arrive early over those who arrive later, however we do work to keep teams clustered to minimize concerns as well as recognizing the preferences of our Elite Bonvoy members (very similar to pre-boarding of airline passengers). You were not recognized as a Bonvoy member, as we had no indication of your membership. It was not included in your reservation, nor was it provide upon arrival.

Overall our stay was good, the renovated rooms & hallways look nice. The only thing that stood out is how expensive the cafe was, I got a plain bagel, a side of two eggs & bacon & a latte and the total was 27$ (with no tip). I know it’s for the convenience of it being in the hotel but it’s crazy inflated & absolutely not worth it.
