Finally a wonderful experience’

As soon as we walked in we were met by the front desk and she was kind and friendly. It was so appreciated because we stayed because my husband had surgery the next day at Barnes Jewish.

The only issue i had was the room this time was not in the best shape. The coffee maker was dirty and full of grounds and the shower and bathrrom were a bit run down

The room was nice and I appreciated the cloudy sky wall as opposed to typical hotel "art". However, the bathroom sink faucet had very low flow and took about 3-4 min to get warm (not hot) water to trickle out. The manager sent a plumber but he was not much help. They offered a different room but we declined as we had all our stuff arranged and would be there just 1 more night. Also the toilet was pretty short.

Thermostat wasn’t working. I called front desk. They said they would be up soon. Waited until 11PM and told them to forget it. Asked them to come up the next day. Again, they didn’t come. Air conditioning was I comfortable for the entire trip.

The queen suite fit our needs. The bathroom shower was difficult to use with poor water pressure. The door in the restroom went close, was hard to open which needs improved given it’s a handicap disabled restroom.
