Walked in close to midnight after a long day of travel and expolation, and was told there are no rooms even with a reservation. Sent me across the city and forced to pay a substantial amount more to just sleep around 1:30 am at another courtyard after finding no other hotels so late. Terrible of the company to not adapt to us or at least provide some sort of room at a similar rate.

Our stay started out on the wrong foot when we had to wait about 10 minutes for a front desk person to show up and check us in. We then went up to our room to find out the TV in our room didn’t work. We called down to the front desk and were told they didn’t know how to fix it. We then went swimming in the pool and it was very small, even for a hotel pool. The piece de resistance though was the next day when the breakfast staff failed to show up meaning breakfast was canceled and they did not even apologize or offer us any conciliation when we checked out. We will not be staying here again

Inconvenient stay.

I booked for 2 queen beds and ended up with a King and sofa bed. Also I couldn’t use my card key on the back door to get in after 10 pm which is illogical when you have handicapped parking next to that door. Very inconvenient Also the stopper in the sink doesn’t leave enough clearance for the water to drain. For the amount of money it costs to stay a night it was very inconvenient, which is unfortunate for a courtyard Marriott.
