The clerk that checked us was very short and unwelcoming, not rude but not friendly. The check out clerk was the same not very friendly.
The waitress in the cafe was very pleasant and kind.

The machine to create room keys was inoperable due to a power failure from earlier in the day. The staff put me in a room (545) although their records showed that I was in (645). Returning from supper, I entered room 645 to see that my luggage was gone and only after 40 minutes of outrageously disengaged behavior from the desk staff found my personal belongings in room 545. Due to this confusion, I was never able to log in to the internet. Terrible experience.

The bed was Amazing!

The restaurant is closed, the bar serves some food. However the bar itself was not stocked well. The bartender told us “don’t even look at the cocktail menu, I don’t even have half the items needed to make those drinks”. We went next door the Embassy Suites for a drink.

I stayed here to be close to the airport, so it was a convenient location. The room wasn’t pristine, but it was fine for sleeping. Staff were extremely pleasant and helped me with parking. I would stay again.

Property was cool it has potiental needs updates for sure the AC unit in the room didnt work great at all room was hot when we arrived had a concert was gone about 5 hours and the room was set to 55 only cooled to 78. Minor things like stained chairs and the breakfast was subpar for having to pay extra for it.
