Not what I’d hoped for
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsThe property had very high rating but I was disappointed immediately in all areas. The staff was not very helpful, the finishes were very dated. The rooms were showing age and the amenities were also not current. The TVs did not allow for accessing apps such as Netflix or Prime. The walls in the room had dated, slightly peeling wallpaper, the ceilings were textured and the tiled surfaces were old. The garage is good to park vehicles but the entry card reader is rusted and nearly falling over from rust, and as you proceed through the property you will find similar age on all surfaces. The location is good but the Applebees attached just reinforces the datedness of the property. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice.

I absolutely love all the Drury Inns I have been to so far and I always try now to get into one if there is one. These hotels have been the best I've been in so far and not an over expensive one at that. The employees and staff were all very friendly too and I love that.

Not worth the ratings it has received

I think at one time it was probably very nice but those days have come and gone and it seems that it is still living off of what it used to be. All the finishes are clearly dated and it lends to disappointment immediately upon checking in. From the slightly peeling wallpaper in the rooms to the yellowing plastic on the ice machine or the heavily textured so fitted ceiling upon entering your room you will see this is a recurring theme. The tile is dated throughout the public facilities, the metal key card post to enter the garage is nearly falling over from rust, and it continues throughout. Don’t look for a smart HD tv to access any apps because you won’t find it here. The WiFi works if you have your own devices though so you just have to find ways to get around the hotels limitations. The location is great but the attached Applebees is as dates as the hotel. Everything is functional but just prepare to be disappointed if you came here based on ratings.
