Didn't know they were doing renovations, if so I wouldn't have stayed. Wish there was at least a fridge in the room I stayed in. There was only air in certain parts of the building. Other than that, my stay was fair.

I get they are under construction but having to use the elevator across the way is really inconvenient and hard when you have two suitcases. Also I only stayed one night, and I was woken up to house keeping knocking on my door at 8:20, what was the point. Checkout is at 12 so I was planning on sleeping in. Lady at check in desk didn’t tell me when check out was, so I had to call and ask. Bed was very comfy thanks for that.

Although our stay was during major renovations, the property was fairly clean. Staff was friendly. The room itself was spacious; I was somewhat dissapointed in not seeing a fridge in the room; and although we were forced to forfiet our reserved king bed in exchange for two queens (they ran out) the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the gym, and they offer an indoor pool area. I would have liked compimentary coffee in the lobby which would have been consistent with many other of thier smaller Hiltons. It was very nice to have an aiport shuttle back and forth to and from the airport. Overall, not a bad experience; but not a great one either. And although we will look at other options during our next visit to St. Louis, it is not out of the question that we would possibly return.

Slightly dated, however going through a remodel. AC systems in rooms need updated.

AC didn’t work, had to change rooms 3 times because of mold, sheets were super itchy and scratchy. Staff had attitude problem.

Garage floor and outdoor entry flooring and entrance needs upgrade and refinishing. Lots of side walk and street potholes need immediate attention for safety.
