Book property months before big concert — property closed and canceled all of its reservations? Really hard to find available replacement lodging such short notice.

I have tried to cancel or change my reservation and we could not get in contact with the hotel via Expedia or myself. I was not able to make it to the hotel or change my reservation. This is unacceptable and i would like to be contacted to explain why a taso so simple as changing a reservation could not get accomplished.

We came to town for a concert with plans to stay at this hotel, and there was a sign on the door that said closed. No email, no phone call, no warning. Very tacky to leave us hanging like that.

Was unable to stay in this location due to the hotel being shut down the day prior to me staying here. However I would like to add that Expedia was amazing and quite helpful in getting my refund back as this was not my fault that the hotel had shut down.

They are in the middle of a remodel so things weren't perfect, but the staff was nice and my room was nice and clean. I'd stay again.

Terrible Rooms!

The entire first floor was under renovations. It was a complete mess! I'm glad I didn't have my children with me because there were hazards everywhere. Our room didn't have AC. We didn't realize this until we returned from our concert. The shower was dirty and gross. There was also no water pressure at all. I hate complaining, but I had to say something to the front desk. When I went downstairs to complain, I had to wait in line as there were other unhappy guests complaining. I spent $179 for this room and it wasn't worth $50! I will never stay here again. The ONLY convenience is that it is walking distance to the concert venue, however not worth it, in my opinion.

My room had a stained comforter
