The room was great! I was going for surgery and we live 2 1/2 hours away from the hospital I’m in. I also like the fact that we will be able to check in early, to go and explore St. Louis while we were getting ready for my surgery.

Great location, nice room, bad service/company

The location is terrific. The hotel itself is fine, though needs to be updated and the room was nice. For the most part, though, the service and front-desk employees were bad. Particularly the woman running the desk the afternoon of Dec 22, 2024. Our key cards stopped working every morning even though we reserved and pre-paid for 3 days. Having to go to the desk for replacement cards every morning was annoying enough, but she acted like it was our fault and was visibly put out and rude that we were asking her to do something, to do her job; basically anything that wasn't playing around on her phone. I also hate that the IHG customer service line tries to force you into joining their membership program, and essentially implies that even prepaid stays aren't guaranteed if you aren't a member. That's obnoxious.

Just discovered this property and am really enjoying it. Fast checkin, good parking, large rooms (especially the king with extra floor space!), and smart design elements. Convenient location for my needs.

Very nice and in the heart of a neighborhood with many restaraunts. Close to an Imo’s if you want some St Louis style pizza!

Decent, but underwhelming

Decent enough. Walls are paper thin. To give you a sense...I was kept awake by my neighbor's snoring. Breakfast is essentially cereal or prepackaged items like muffins or microwaveable sandwiches.

Love coming here

Check in and check out staff were very nice. Hotel in general was very clean. Thankfully the hotel had food to purchase considering I was hungry and my husband was not. The hotel is in a great area. Close to Barnes Hospital, the Botanical Garden, restaurants or if you just want to take a walk.

St Louis trips

We stayed at this location for this trip and one other trip. Both were very good. The room was nice, easy to find, and nicely laid out. Had one problem, in the bathroom one of the shower doors was tight to slide but not horrible. There was construction going on but it didn't hinder any egress. The staff was top notch and very helpful. It has a parking garage and I would say use it. The area was not bad at all. I would definitely stay here if I need to go to that area again.
