This is an older hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable, but maid service really needs to learn how to make a bed. I had to remake it before we could go to bed. The bottom sheet did not even cover the entire mattress at the top of the bed. I understand hotels rarely use fitted sheets, but at least cover the mattress and tuck in the flat sheet.

I was told about the $350 fine if caught smoking in my room. When we entered the room it smelled like someone was currently smoking. The carpet was old, smelly, faded. The hotel looked like it was once a nice place. The casino was so smoked filled we did not go in. Limited dining options, rules to enter the casino and no mention in my hotel booking that the hotel is connected to the casino/resort. Directions would be easier if it was mentioned the hotel is part of the casino/resort. I wanted my money back but it was late and I could not cancel without penalty. Also there is no mention of the mandatory parking fee.

Room in poor condition. Tub spout loose from wall and shower diverter wouldn’t work!

Old and in need of updating. Very shotty workmanship calling around bar was just gloved on. The “windows on either side of the entrance door to the room need to be frosted. Anyone walking by can see you sitting on the couch in your pjs also. How hard would it be to have a microwave put in the room?? There is a comfy maker and mini fridge but no microwave? Also there are no plugs! There is an outlet on the lamps but the one by the bed wouldn’t hold a plug it was so old and didn’t work and because of the shape of the 70’s lamp the bigger plug adapter for my iPad wouldn't fit. Otherwise it was nice.

Quaint hotel that needs updating, but has potential. Also something of a maze getting to the farther elevator if you go through the middle of the atrium instead of on the edges. Wasn't happy that I had staff knock on my door at 9am then again about 10:30am being rushed out-- with the do not disturb sign on the door.
