Unfavorable experience
Booked a Saturday night stay in the city for a date night and dinner out. Was looking forward to trying the hotel restaurant Clark & Bourbon. Bar experience was average, restaurant experience was poor. Maitre d' was rude and not helpful. We were told there was no space for dinner despite many empty tables at 6pm. We asked what time we could make a reservation and were told 10pm, then maybe 8pm. Hopped online and was able to make a reservation for 7pm. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner and when we returned just after 8pm both the bar and restaurant were empty. Rooms are clean but small, nothing special. Phone charger did not work, shower door was not installed properly and wouldn't close all the way, quite a bit of nighttime street noise, $30 parking, $50 valet. The entire experience did not meet expectations for the price.

The hotel is nice but the way they charge at the bar and dining is confusing there own front desk couldn't figure it out. First off I purchased two breakfast with my stay the put the breakfast on check in day and the bar you can forget it you will get charged extra

NOT WORTH IT!
The hotels picture advertises a rooftop with a fire pit. There isn’t in fact a rooftop, also I requested a microwave and checked in and there’s no microwave in the rooms! I paid $213 for one night not to mention a $100 incident fee that’s not mentioned until you check in! Parking is $35 for self and $50 for Valet! Not worth it!

Good stay at downtown St. Louis
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown St. Louis. Service is good. There is loud music from outside in the night which bothered me a lot.
