unfortunately they had an A/C problem with the water system and it created a soaked carpet problem some 3x3 foot area. After the first day they addressed the problem it dropped back to just damp carpet. On the great side, my wife loved the bed. She felt very comfortable.

in a quiet business district. hotel was well maintained, Starbucks on campus, free cold bottled water, etc. Rooms were large, with all the standard features including plenty of outlets and USB charging ports etc. Bedding as usual was top notch. Only issue was there was coffee maker hidden inside the cupboard without any other supply for making coffee, perhaps to encourage use of the on campus Starbucks. No microwave in the room.
