It’s older and not the cleanest but it was just one night so it’s basically what I expected.

Too run down even for Motel 6 prices
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsWe don't have high expectations when choosing a Motel 6, but this was very disappointing. At first glance we saw dings and scratches from lots of use, but so many it must have been years since anyone has noticed the walls. The electrical outlet by the mirror didn't work at all, so to use a hair dryer we had to move a nightstand and use that outlet. The ice machine was out of order, but we found one on another floor that worked. The bathtub had a dull coating that appeared to be ages of soap build-up. No tissues in the holder, under half remaining on the 2 rolls of tp, and the towels and washcloths were well past retirement age. The a/c was cold but wouldn't accept a Fan Only setting, and there was no blanket, only sheets and a thin bedspread, so we had to repeatedly get up to adjust the temperature. It wouldn't be a deal breaker if one or two of these issues were there, but all of them will make us think long and hard before trying Motel 6 again.
