Clark Brick House w/ Pool - Historic St. Charles

The Clark Brick House is a spacious (2700 sq/ft), modern, and fun place for your visit to St. Charles. The house offers two living rooms( one upstairs, one downstairs), 3 full bedrooms (queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms as well as three pull out sofas. The bathroom on the main level has a walk-in shower. The dining room accommodates 8, and house provides a large kitchen with oven and two dishwashers are available to support in home cooking. The Clark Brick house is 2 blocks from N. Main Street which is a historic mile-1/2 cobblestone stretch of shopping and restaurants. The St. Charles Trolley comes by the house Friday through Sunday. It provides a tour and shuttle service to Main Street and the “Streets of St. Charles”. The house has access to streaming services, & free wifi. You will love the 3 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. The pool, while small allows you to relax and stay cool as the weather heats up. We have built a 5-star reputation on both VRBO and take great pride in providing an exceptional home away vacation experience. The Clark Brick House is perfect if you're visiting St. Charles for a convention, a wedding, a festival, or visiting some of the local attractions. The home is ideal for 6 guests but can sleep an additional 3 people on 3 sofa beds. Lastly, we are very accommodating to your special requests (within reason of course), so if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us directly. Additional note, home is professionally cleaned before each stay.

great welcome the new baby celebration
We had a great welcome the new baby celebration with both grandparents and great grandma. We enjoyed all the kitchen extras and happy we didn’t need to purchase any full size products for cooking. I couldn’t get the 2nd dishwasher to work. So the first one got a work out. It was great to have extra blankets and fans for the various needs of our party. The pamphlets in the entrance of house came in handy. I didn’t realize how close we were to Town. We enjoyed the market on Saturday morning before college football. Thank you for being flexible in meeting our needs and date changes. We hope to visit again. I never found the instructions for what to do before checking out. We threw out all the trash and gathered the upstairs laundry and put it with the washer. I can’t remember if I started the dishwasher with the odds and ends.

This property is convenient to main street shops and restaurants. The house is equiped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool was perfect during the heat. Dylan is great to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Family reunion!
We were in St. Charles for a family reunion. The Clark Street house was a great location for my brothers, their wives and my husband and I. We had nice air conditioned spaces for visiting but with the dining room, upstairs living room and downstairs living room, each couple had quiet spaces to enjoy as we unwound from the bigger cousins' reunion. And we enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating, too! The walk to and from Historic Main Street and Riverfront Park was a perfect distance.

Awesome historical home
If you are looking for a wonderful house that can hold a big family this is the place. The home is warm and inviting and the outdoor area was wonderful even if the pool was still a bit too cold to use. The host was very responsive via messages in VRBO and text message. My family and I were in town for my daughter's college graduation and we thoroughly enjoyed the time and space to visit. Thank you Dylan.

The location provided easy access to Main St for dining and shopping. Space was great for our family and the wedding party to get ready. Lots of room to hang out and everyone had their own bathroom. Overall, the property was great for a long weekend with 2 other couples. Plenty of space and privacy. Well equipped. Great location, if you intend to spend time in downtown St. Charles. Host was super easy to work with and quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing, Clean, Spacious Home
I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was at the Clark Brick House! The home was decorated so cute, it was cleaned spotless, the pool was beautiful, and it was so spacious! This house is about a 3 minute walk to Main Street, which was a perfect distance. The host is so kind and helpful and answered all my questions before I booked. He also answered any questions I had during my stay so quickly. This house is amazing, has all the amenities for your stay and is beautiful. Our group would 100% come back to stay!

I was looking for a house with a pool that would accommodate a large family group ….and this one delivered. The location was great …..walkable to Frenchtown and Historic Main Street, beautiful St. Charles Borromeo Church, and the park-like Sacred Heart Academy. The house was well supplied, with the host providing individual packets of peanut butter and coffee cream in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathrooms. The backyard pool was a favorite spot!
