This hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel is completely run down and the room was awful. Not very clean and Items like drawers need to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Only reason I didn’t cancel after getting here is that I already prepaid:( Also after leaving and coming back there was barely any parking spaces due to pub parking is the same parking lot As the hotel.

This s one of the most disgusting hotels that I have ever stayed at. The AC was not plugged in and when we plugged it in and turned it on it omitted a very nasty smell.

Have stayed a few times before with no problems this time the young girl at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly the room was nice wasnt all that clean though there was dirty towels in the bathroom and snack wrappers on the floor of the room itself. Was very disapointed

I have stayed here on 2 occasions. The first time there was a storm and the carpet inside the room somehow got wet from the rain water. The 2nd time there were someone else’s dirty clothes on the floor still. The rooms could definitely use some TLC.

First of all the room i was put in had no air and looked like it had blood or fecal matter on the walls. After sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes, they moved me to another room. There was no air on and the room was sweltering. I came back to the room two hours later to find it comfortable. Problem then was the toliet i had to manually flush by taking off the top and work the lever. When i told them about it, i was told "that happens".
Nobody could enter the lobby, it was a play area for two large siberian huskies, with toys strewn about. And there were unsavory characters lurking in the parking lot. It was not uncommon for nightly arguments between drunken patrons at the bar.that ended up in the parking lot either.
As for No Smoking, the common area was near where I stayed. The smell often drifted into my room.
I worried about my safety and always hurried into my room, the security lock was partially busted off the door which was of a concern.
I surely hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listings. I will think long and harx before using Expedia again.

The front desk people were cooperative, there 2 huskies were adorable. Everything else was disappointing to the point I had to ask for my first refund ever.
