BUYER BEWARE!
Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsI will NEVER book with this hotel again. 1) there was an $11.00 charge put on my card after booking and before my stay. The day OF my reservation, I got a cancellation notice from the Hotel...none of the numbers for the hotel reached a human. After multiple tries, I finally got through to a human who told me that the HOTEL cancelled my reservation because they couldn't fulfill the reservation. I was charged for the night, and then later got a refund. Oh....and that $11.00 charge, they refunded $7. SO, they got $4 for doing ABSOLUTELY nothing except making me find other arrangements on the day of my stay, which ended up costing me more in the end! TERRIBLE!!!!!

I can’t tell you about our stay because the booking was cancelled the morning of the first day f our booking.
We were on our way to the airport to board our flight to St Louis.
We received a call about the cancellation hit the person who called was so heavily accented we were convinced it was a scam call.
Despite numerous attempts we could not speak to someone at the Oyo to find out what was going on.
We did receive an e-mail confirmation of our booking from Hotel.com but that turned out to be wrong and very confusing.
Fortunately we were able to be book different accommodations at, of course, a higher rate.
We did receive an e-mail from Oyo at 1:39AM. Amazing!
We never did hear why we were cancelled on such ridiculously short notice.
Clearly we have, and never will have, any reason to say anything “nice” about the Oyo in St Louis!

Property was closed upon my arrival. Guests were not notified in advance. A security guard at the property said people kept arriving and you could still make reservations online that day despite the property being closed and locked. There was a sign on the door as the only notification. Fortunately Expedia worked hard to find me a new reservation elsewhere.

OYO hotel was closed for construction when we arrived and no one contacted us to let us know. We were stuck looking for a hotel at 8 pm. Not happy.

The hotel did not even exist. We arrived at the address listed, and it was a warehouse.
