Property was closed and no one notify me until I got there. It is a shame the poor costumer service provided by phone. No one knew at the time that location was closed.

Hotels.com booked us at this hotel that was closed for renovations. We were never able to enter the hotel due to it being closed. No one was able to assist me with this issue ie hotel or Hotels.com. Very frustrating!
Pricing was $87/night before taxes and fees.

It wasn't until we arrive at the hotel to claim our reservation that we were informed that the establishment had been closed down by the city. I feel that someone should have reached out to us to let us know of the situation so that other arrangements could have been made sooner.
