Pour : Amabilité et courtoisie du personnel. Proximité de l'autoroute et des restaurants.

le site de red roof stipule un jacuzzi qui n'existe pas.Plafond tres haut ce qui gene le coup d'oeil. Hotel perdu au bord de l'autoroute

Correcte pour le prix. La chambre aurait pu être plus propre. les matelas dataient un peu mais étaient somme toute comfortables. Il y avait une ancienne odeur de cigarette mais pas très prononcée. Le personnel était très aimable et les enfants ont apprécié la machine à pop corn dans le lobby. Le déjeuner est minimal mais suffisant pour nos besoins. Bien situé à 20 minutes de St-Louis en auto.

The staff are lovely and a couple different people were really helpful. Wonderful. There were some minor issues with the room but nothing to raise a fuss about. I changed from a hotel that cost twice as much and felt that (having been to the other place) that this was equal. Keep it up.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when I first told them I wanted a different room for my second night because the bathroom floor was dirty and the room smelled like smoke (more accurately, it smelled like what they do to cover up smoke that doesn't work). He was just accommodating when I returned minutes later and said I wasn't staying my second night and wanted a refund due to the cockroach in my room.
