I had ants in my first assigned room on the second floor. Then I went down to get to get a room switch and dealt with a front desk staff member that could care less. Next Day my mother went down to talk to the manager and she was very rude as well as they had lied and said we had 3 room changes and we only had 1, we went from the second floor to the fourth. Very unprofessional staff and they obviously don’t have their rooms checked and cleaned thoroughly on top of having old hair in the shower and a broken toilet seat in the NEW room.

Manager was rushing us out the room, i will never stay here again.. It was 5 minutes after checkout and she was arguing with an employee because he wouldn't tell us to get out fast enough

The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and so friendly. We really enjoyed the variety of food available at breakfast. This location will definitely be our go-to location when visiting in the future.

Police were arriving when we were checking in for an issue. More police arrived. Front desk lady didn’t want to look up my Marriott Bonvoy number and made multiple excuses. sticky dried soda on kitchen floor. Toenail Clipping and fake nails in pile by curtain. Breakfast was good. Pullout bed mattress just springs with no padding.
