My New Go-To Hotel
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI will stay here every time I'm in St. Louis! The staff was SO friendly, and that does a lot. It may not have been the fanciest room I've stayed in, but it was clean, affordable, good location, and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy, the breakfast was good, and everything was aesthetically appealing as well. The suite was spacious and had more comforts than I even expected. So pleased with our stay!

Great place to stay! I found it very kid friendly. The indoor pool was a nice way to end a fun day. Not far from the City Museum or the Zoo and the breakfast in the morning is delicious!

Stayed here for the Sabrina Carpenter concert at Chaifetz Arena. It was a perfectly walkable distance and extremely convenient! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and more spacious than I anticipated, so that was a bonus! The only complaints I have are that the pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable, but if you're only using one bed that's not an issue. Also, I requested a late check-out and was told 12:30 pm, but a staff member knocked on our door at noon asking if we were leaving yet. Not a big deal, would stay here again for a concert at Chaifetz for sure!

Cleanliness issues and dated facilities
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff is nice and that's about the only good thing I can say about this property. Don't let the photos deceive you: this hotel is tired and dated and 10 years overdue for an re-do.
Room was unclean at check-in: trash hadn't been taken out which included bags of dirty diapers from a previous guest. When I brought up to the staff they offered a modest discount for our first night only even though we had taken out the trash ourselves and done all of the cleaning. Additionally, mysterious white stains were all over the desk chair as well as weird stains on the carpets. Various drawers were broken in the room and one TV had a broken screen. It would've been nice if someone in that hotel cared to check a room that we paid over $200/night for.

Great front desk staff!

Location was perfect for our STL visit. Only here one day/night to visit the city museum and Blues game...both of which were so closeby.
Loved our room- plenty of space for 6 of us.
