My family started using this hotel because of it's location and it WAS a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately, last summer they decided to delete the pet friendly option. On my next trip to the area, I'll be staying at a different hotel because of this change. Otherwise, I like the hotel, the staff is quite accommodating and I have a pleasant experience overall.

Shower issues
Showers sucked. Freezing cold water and low pressure and when it did get hot for a moment or two, it was scalding and burned my backside. Trash sat in hallway for days. Didn’t clean the toilet the whole time.

Water was COLD the whole time. Requested maintenance but they never fixed it. Awful during the freezing winter to take a cold shower. Beds were fine. Had to request cleaning a few times even after requesting for the day. They would do trash but not make beds and didn’t clean the toilet the entire time. Didn’t leave toilet paper.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean, our room was modern and new looking, AC/heat worked very good, breakfast was great, area was quiet, and the employees were so nice! We arrived late (around 3am) but the front desk worker (Mark) waited patiently for our arrival and even surprised us by extending our stay until noon as a nice gesture to let us take our time in the morning. He was incredibly sweet.
