This hotel looks like a retirement home. Rooms are outdated and dark. The online photos look somewhat different. Our bed was so broken in that I kept rolling downward at night. It seemed like something out of the 1990s.

This place is amazing. Every staff member we have encountered in our multiple stays have been so great to us. We stayed Durbins last time during a snowstorm and it was pure chaos. They handled everything so gracefully. I sat in the lobby and just observed genuine people helping their guests. Thank you, Wildwood Hotel. You are our home away from home now

The Wildwood Hotel was in a convenient location, right off of Manchester Road. It had good parking options and we felt the area was quite safe. We liked the friendliness and immediate service of the staff, the front lounge was inviting, the hotel was clean. Our only issue was with the bed. It was like sleeping on a double size fluffy pillow. It moved a lot whenever either of us shifted around. Maybe it was a Queen size, but it felt like a double because it we sank into it so much. Also, the fabric on the vertical parts of the desk chair were quite worn- not important, but detracted from the impression of the room. We enjoyed a hot breakfast, I made a waffle but could not find any syrup- maybe should have asked for some.
