We enjoy the stay it was quiet and very clean. Not much at the breakfast to choose from and staff wasn’t the friendliest and coffee in the lobby was never full 🙁

We appreciate the overall good rating and your complimentary feedback about the hotel's quietness and cleanliness as we work hard and take pride as a team to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience while staying with us. I apologize that you were dissatisfied with our selections on our complimentary hot breakfast buffet as we typically receive many compliments on our breakfast and items that are available. As for the coffee, it is typically full but on these busy fall weekends it is hard to keep up on it as so many individuals fill their large thermos or cups which sometimes can consume 1 coffee pot per individual as staff is always keeping tabs, but if it is empty in the lobby at the time that you stop all it takes is to ask and we either have a back up made or can make a fresh pot in minutes.Unfortunately, we wear many hats of operating the desk, maintain breakfast and coffee stations so in the mornings it gets very hectic with a large crowd for breakfast in a 3 hour window.Again, I apologize for your dissatisfaction, but hopefully we can improve your impression on your next visit.Thank you for choosing the Cobblestone Inn & Suites- St. Marys, Pa.Best Regards,Dean H.General Manager

When we called to inquire about the weekend and the increase in price since our last visit, I was advised that there was a festival that weekend, which we were looking forward to attending, just as we had last year. I was advised the room was higher priced due to the festival and that there were wedding that were booked. I was also told it would be cheaper the following weekend though we were coming this weekend. When we arrived NO festival. The front desk staff stated that the festival is next weekend. And there was only about 7-8 cars in the lot.
Also we had 2 rooms booked one at $344 and one at $395.
In the past we have had a good experience, this time not worth the money!

Hello Anonymous,I am sorry of your opinion of the rate of the rooms, but yes we had multiple weddings blocked off for the weekend of the night that you stayed, and all expenses to operate have increased exponentially in the past few years and keep increasing such as food, energy, cleaning supplies, insurance, water and sewer rates.I am not sure who you may have spoke with concerning your reservations as they weren't booked directly with the hotel. Yes, you have stayed with us typically this weekend for the past few years. Maybe when you arrived there may have only been a few cars as the other guests would be attending the events that they were in the area for such as weddings, class reunions, and elk viewing. Parking lots are deceptive as many guests car pool whether for leisure events, work related, and may times with all of our industries the guests may not have vehicles as they are dropped off and many foreign industrial guests keep their rooms but travel to Niagara Falls, or other cities for the weekend to sight see while in the United States.We appreciate your repeat business and hopefully we will see you again in the future.Best Regards,Dean H.General Manager
