Always available transportation to and from ski slopes and to shops. Very friendly staff at ski shop and front desk.

Exceptional in every way!

It was one of my most memorable experiences. Absolute seamless luxury experience of hospitality, and exceptional service. Private car service to Corviglia base and city center was available at moment's notice. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of. Dining at Da Vittorio was superb. Definitely deserve 10 out of 10!

If I could give The Carlton St. Moritz a rating beyond excellent, I would do it in a heartbeat! From the time we arrived, to the time we left— everything was perfection. I really can’t express how much they blew me away with their sincere attentiveness and warmth. Every single staff member we encountered during our stay was amazing! There was nothing that we requested that they didn’t take care of. This is beyond a 5-star hotel in my eyes. I can’t wait to revisit and enjoy this beautiful property and it’s wonderful staff again! Absolutely phenomenal!

The Carlton is obviously a five-star hotel. Everything is top notch in the staff is incredible. Every one of the staff went out of their way to make sure that it was the best stay ever. Rooms were incredible and the view was outstanding. Restaurants were also fantastic. If I could give the six stars I would. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far.
