The check in process was a terrible experience. It is located about 10 minutes away from the unit.

We do not have a reception desk and our guests have to complete online check-in process. We understand that it is not a most convenient process for everyone, that is why everyone can find information on our website on how we run Townhouse. Guest satisfaction is extremely important for us, and for some guests booking a more traditional hotel service accommodation is a better option than our Townhouse studios where everything has to be done online.We are sending you kind regards from St. Moritz.

Wouldn't recommend
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOn the positive the room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice bathroom and came with a kitchen. It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. It wasn't so good on the little things that you would normally expect; no hand soap, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc. Personally, given that it came with a kitchen, I would expect a few basics items such as condiments and paper towels. If you were planning on cooking then you would literally have to buy everything. The check-in process is a bit of a joke. You'll get an email with a document attached with a link to a video. First look for a Lidl on the west side of town, then in a back alley behind it find a door, there's a machine where you scan a code and all being well you get issued a key. The room is then a 10 minute walk from there. If your phone runs out of power or you have any issues with roaming data then you're sleeping on a park bench. There's no reception or any way of directly talking to someone. Whilst your at Lidl buy some special red bin liners because you have to use those and they're not supplied. You're also expected to put out your rubbish. Also be careful that the pictures are of the larger rooms with balconies, not all rooms are that nice. Overall the place could have been really nice but far too many corners have been cut in my opinion.

Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsArrived at accommodation but no-one there to check us in & had to go to another hotel and pay for another stay. N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters

Dear Mi Keum,Thank you for your review. Townhouse N.26 is indeed not a hotel, we do not have a reception desk and we do not provide in-person service. Our guests have to do everything online and collect the keys from the key dispenser kiosk located at our sister property, Townhouse N.9.Since Townhouse is managed so differently, we are very transparent when we describe our business, so that guests can make a right decision if our studios are the right fit for them. Sauber und ruhig
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HotelsUnterkunft war äußerst sauber. Leider sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Und das Vorhandensein von Mülleimern in Küche und Bad sind nicht nachvollziehbar da wir unser Müll mitnehmen sollten. Somit haben wir eine Tüte benutzt.

Was den Mülleimer betrifft, so gibt es in jeder Küche einen großen Mülleimer unter der Spüle.
