Séjour agréable et sans problème
Publié le 26 août 2018 sur HomeAwayBel appartement aménagé avec style. Nous y avons passé une bonne semaine à deux. Propriétaires accueillants et attentionnés, très facilement joignables. On peut se baigner juste devant, de l'autre côté de la rue. Situation centrale pour visiter Malte.

Publié le 9 janv. 2018 sur HomeAwayWe spend one week at Lawrence and Mariella Appartment from the 27th December to the 4th of January 2018.
Very well furniched and equiped, very clean. Nicely situated, near bus stops and not far from the bus station, two grocery shops nearby and plenty of Pubs and restaurants around.
Lawrence is a very nice man, he came to pick us up from the airport and took us back, despite that it was very early in the morning.
It was very easy to contact him by phone or sms, he always did reply very quicly.
We'll keep a good souvenir and won't hesitate to recommand that location to anyone..

Fabulous modern apartment

You could not expect the apartment to be better furnished or equipped. We wanted for nothing on our two week stay. Very clean communal area and working lifts. Both of the hosts were available at the end of the phone should they be required but they weren't!

Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. However I find your comment very unfair.
As you know I told you several times that you can contact us anytime if you needed anything. The Tv and washing machine are very basic to use and there are also the manuals for reference so I really cannot understand what was the issue here. You had all our contacts but never reached out, we would have been more than happy to help like we always do. As can be confirmed by VRBO I sent you several emails before check in, the only reply I received was a few days before arrival asking for an early check in which we accepted immediately but after that no reply whatsoever. Check in was also not easy as I could not reach you in any way but decided to wait for you at the apartment to make sure I was there to welcome you upon arrival. During your stay sent you several emails asking if everything was ok but they were all unanswered, tried also many times to call you but your phone was always switched off, unfortunately it was very difficult to communicate with you.
We work really hard to keep the apartment super clean and in excellent condition and make everything possible to ensure our guests are happy...Kathleen, for your future holidays I recommend you have better communication as simple things can be very easy to solve in few minutes but if you do not ask, you are the only one at fault and I am very sorry to receive 4 stars for silly things.

Beautiful apartment with amazing view and friendly host

We had our Workation there - meaning we worked during the week and enjoyed Malta during the weekend.
Waking up to chrystal blue water and sunshine from the balkony every day and working from there was stunning.
The apartment looks well designed and is spacious.
You have every type of kitchen and cleaning equipment you might ask for.
Mariella is a very nice and welcoming host. She gave us alot of insider tips for walking trails, restaurants and places to go to and helped us immediately, whenever we asked for it.
We can definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable.
Publié le 3 févr. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe process for renting was very easy. The listing information was very accurate and Lawrence & Mariella are super nice and gracious hosts.
It was very nice to have them pick us up at the airport and take us back for our departure.
If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the big city but yet be a short bus ride away, we would highly recommend staying here when you visit Malta.

Tolle Wohnung, beste Vermieter
Publié le 12 janv. 2020 sur HomeAwayUns hat die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Die Vermieter überraschten uns mit leckerem Gebäck und gutem Wein. Lawrence stand uns bei allen Fragen hilfreich zur Seite . Der Abholservice klappte super. Somit braucht man mit den Koffern nicht mit den überfüllten Bussen fahren. Gute Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt in der Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht.

"We really liked the equipment and the cleanliness of the apartment. The landlords surprised us with delicious pastries and good wine. Lawrence helped us with all questions. The pick-up service worked great. So you don't have to drive with the suitcases on the crowded buses. Good restaurants are nearby. We felt very well cared for in the apartment with a great view of the bay."
