One thing, make sure that if you book a Platinum room in the summer, you get one with a balcony!
We got one without, so we didn't really feel the "Platinum"

Our Platinum rooms are the largest of our room categories, one of these does have a balcony. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Not sure I would stay in the tree houses again though.
