This beautiful 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite located within the Sandpearl Resort & Spa on Clearwater Beach and is located on the top floor of the resort and features a well appointed living room with a nice full sized sitting area, with a pullout couch, two royal blue club chairs, and a queen bed. The living room has its own private balcony for the kids/guests to capture the most exquisite city and harbor views. The bedroom offers privacy and has a king bed that attaches to the bathroom, which includes his & her vanities, large shower, and a tub. The suite also has an full sized in-room washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ quartz countertops and bar. This top floor suite faces East and has a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay.

The condo was extremely nice and the owner/manager very accommodating. My only issue was the noise from the street. There was construction going on and the bar adjacent to the condo was open until 2:00 am. Unfortunately, we could hear the loud music until they closed and a little after with intoxicated people hanging around outside after closing. We are an older couple so for us it was not ideal. I'm sure younger renters would not mind.

Great for R&R, but would love more info up front
My husband and I stayed in this condo days after Hurricane Milton swept through the area. We had really good communication with the owner in the days leading up to the trip, and he graciously let us adjust our dates so we could still have our anniversary trip. We did not get the full Clearwater Beach and Resort experience because so many businesses were still closed from hurricane damage, but we really enjoyed the quiet beach and the sunsets. The resort staff was very friendly and had great customer service. However, since resorts typically include fees for "extras", it would be really nice to know the details of what's included and what's not when we booked it. We need to budget for extra expenses. I provided this feedback to the owner, so hopefully he has updated the listing to best help future guests not be surprised when they arrive.

It’s the Sandpearl Resort. Check-in was fast and courteous. All of the staff we dealt with were helpful and polite. The complimentary champagne was a nice touch each morning in the lobby. The lobby area overlooking the pool with the player piano in the background makes a great impression each time you enter or exit the hotel. The pool layout and size with the number of chairs and shade trees is the best we’ve found on Clearwater Beach. Add to that direct access to the bar and grill with seating on the beach and you have one very relaxing option for spending your day. Location is on the northern end of the beach, and we spend most of our time in that area. Everything is close, and we enjoyed the walks to check out the south end of the beach. The room is just as pictured. Full kitchen, plenty of space in both the front room and the bedroom. You can access the bathroom form both the main area and the bedroom. The bathroom is large and well stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. If you run low on towels, there is a full size washer and dryer with supplies. The owner deciding to add a queen bed in the front room gives the ability to comfortably sleep two teen girls in their own space and was a deciding factor in our rental choice. Dealing with Tom (owner) was a pleasant experience. He helped me change our dates twice as we tried to accommodate our girls busy schedule. To sum up, we couldn’t be happier with the value and quality experience of this location

Clean, spacious and great location!
This was a last minute find for my friends and myself. It was everything as it was described. Clean, spacious and great location! The space had everything we needed for the long weekend. Tom was very communicative and friendly. And although we didn't have any issues, I'm sure he would've been there quickly with a solution if anything did come up. I definitely would stay here again!

The private suite was located @ the Sandpearl resort. My family enjoyed our stay and the suite was great! Easy access to the beach, zero entry pool, private areas, free mimosas, etc. Tom was such a great host and replied back quickly. Communication was exceptional! Though I must say that the place was on the higher end of our budget, the room and the resort had offered different amenities. But, being a 4-star resort, I think that it can offer MORE children related activities and adult activities, but that’s not related to Tom. That’s more of my opinion in regards to the Sandpearl resort. Thank you Tom for being a great host and for responding quickly to some of my questions. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Tom went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect, including helping make some special arrangements. The space was impeccably clean and he was extremely accommodating with early check in and late departure. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, small details like plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher pods - all the details were outstanding!
