Sunset Vistas-Beach/Water FRONT- 2 bed/2 bath, Free WiFi + Covered Parking

Treasure Island and Sunset Vistas are recovering from the 2024 hurricanes nicely! There are more restaurants and shops opening up in Treasure Island every day! There was NO damage to this unit, however there was some exterior damage to the fence around the pool, and to the boardwalk/Tiki Bar at Sunset Vistas and repairs are currently underway!
As Sunset Vistas continues its recovery efforts from the recent hurricanes, we are pleased to share that progress has been steady; however, we wanted to inform you of a new development that may impact your stay.
The main pool heater now needs to be replaced, and due to high demand, the delivery and installation is scheduled for mid-March, (possibly sooner). However, both Jacuzzis on the property are heated and fully operational, as they utilize a separate heating system.
As mentioned above, exterior renovations are ongoing. The PVC pool fencing is being replaced with more durable metal fencing. Additionally, the boardwalk area in front of the Tiki Bar is being upgraded with new pavers and cozy fire pits. In the meantime, the Tiki Bar has been temporarily relocated to the Cafe. While these improvements will enhance the property, they may not be complete by your arrival.
On a brighter note, John's Pass is now approximately 90% open, with more restaurants and shops reopening daily. We will provide you with the latest list of available establishments either via email or in your unit upon arrival.

Treasure Island Condo on the beach
Beautiful, clean, comfortable condo right on the beach. Balcony overlooks the Gulf with spectacular sunsets. Unit is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. Very nice pool area with hot tub with direct access to the beach. Publix supermarket is a quick drive or a lovely 3/4 of a mile stroll down the boardwalk having anything you may need. Area is still recovering from the recent storms but most businesses and restaurants are open with plenty to do. The property manager is attentive and easily available to guests. We had a great relaxing stay. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property due to its great location in the area, ocean front view, and cleanliness. You really do only need to come with your clothes. We had a fabulous stay. Everything about it was amazing. Access to the beach was easy, beach was fantastic, communication with owner easy, the unit spotless. What every vacation should feel like
After a 9 day stay in the hospital with our daughter we seriously needed a break. We arrived a day late due to being in the hospital and she made sure we were taken care of upon our arrival. We had every accommodation and then some. Pool/beach toys, a sleeper crib, high chair, etc. The apartment was SPOTLESS. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Our view was amazing. Parking was right by the elevator. We had very quick responses from the host. There was a binder that listed nearest attractions and most popular restaurants. We didn’t have a problem with any appliances or otherwise. We will stay here again.

Absolute Paradise
We just returned yesterday from our week in Treasure Island and this amazing condo. I can not say enough about how beautiful it was. You walk in the door and immediately you see the view of the beach which was breathtaking! Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was furbished with everything that you would need. The mattress in the master was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. As a matter of fact, I contacted the owner to get information on it and we are going to be purchasing this mattress for our bedroom at home. I have never slept so good in my life! We really appreciated the book that she put together of restaurants and activities in the area. Some even had menus you could look at. The location is wonderful. It is close to many restaurants so you don't have to travel far to get meals. We went to Gigi's Italian which was excellent. We also went to Shrimpy's Waterfront and it was amazing. For breakfast when we left we went to Frog Pond and had one of the best breakfast I had ever had. You will not regret renting this condo. We have already decided that we will be coming back again next year, hopefully for the same week. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was great. Also really appreciated the covered parking. The owner is wonderful and responds to any questions immediately. We already miss Treasure Island and can't wait to get back next summer.

Perfect Getaway!
We absolutely loved staying at Sunset Vistas! Our unit was exactly as pictured and described...very clean and well equipped. View of the sunset from the balcony was amazing! Our 9 and 11 year olds absolutely loved the pool and we spent most of our time there. Beach access was very convenient and it wasnt very crowded when we were there. The property manager, Carolyn, was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. The local info she provided was also a huge help since we have not been to the area before. Would definitely consider coming back and staying in the same unit!

We couldn't have asked for more. This property was exactly as listed. The owner provided everything we needed for our beach vacation. Towels, beach chairs, even sunscreen! Nice to have a small cafe and tiki bar on site. The pool was very popular and the sunsets were an added bonus! The next time we vacation in Treasure Island I would DEFINATELY choose this condo.

We loved our week long stay. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Carol left the 2 of us enough paper goods for the week. The view from the 3rd floor condo is beautiful! We enjoyed every minute and hope to be back! She also has a generous supply of beach toys and at least 2 good beach chairs. The beds are very comfortable! We also enjoyed the Shake Shack just outside the property. 😊

Wonderful unit w/gorgeous views!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather didn't cooperate the first few days, but we made the best of it. Later in the week, the weather improved significantly, and we took full advantage of it w/walks on the beach and on the boardwalk or exploring other beaches. We also walked down to St. John's Pass several times. The Seafood Festival was happening the weekend we got there, and that was a lot of fun, even though it was very wind and chilly crossing the bridge. The food at the local restaurants was great! But my absolute favorite things to do was walk the beach looking for shells, or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing views! The unit had everything we could need, and Carolyn was always very responsive when we had questions. Would def recommend !!

The condo and all amenities were perfect and just what we were looking for! The property owner was amazing to work with! The condo is very clean and you can tell extra care goes into making sure it’s clean and perfect for guests. The view is amazing and easy access to food, bars and fun things to do. We definitely hope to stay there again!
