Loved this condo!
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Convenient location

The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up.
My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

July Vacation 2024
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient.
I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive.
I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.

Perfect Beach Week
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream.
The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

First time in Indian Rocks Beach

Great stay!

Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Oh good, you found a great Charter! Watching dolphins and shelling with the family can fuel a soul for a long time :-). We do try to be nice in offering starter kits for things, for exactly that, so that guests can arrive and do not have to run out to get things when they just arrived or had a long flight. We don't keep the condo stocked with paper items as every family is different, but are happy to point out how we get people started for sure. We add new beach chairs monthly, as the beautiful saltwater that provides all the entertainment certainly wreaks absolute havoc on our top-of-the-line brand name beach chairs, umbrellas, even ACs and door hinges, the beach is wonderful AND not forgiving on household items.
