Clean, spacious close to EVERYTHING
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayAlthough we lost power for almost 24 hours the first day we had a blast at this property. The property management company was quick to respond to us! Once power was back we were good. Unit is big, clean and stocked with anything you need.

Overall great stay for the price

-Clean and spacious!
-Short drive to beach and owners were kind enough to have beach chairs, towels and some sand toys for us.
-We were frequently the only ones in the pool, which was a great size and also clean.
-The complex is dated but the apartment is remodeled and decorated attractively.
-Doordash had no trouble finding the place. ;)
Cons:
-Property managers required an additional agreement beyond VRBO which I had never experienced and didn't love.
-King bed was WAY more firm than any of us cared for.
Overall, I would recommend it! My family had an excellent time. :) Oh! And there is a bird sanctuary with a playground and trails right across the side street that my kids LOVED walking to.

Excellent location!
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayClean unit, close to beaches! Unit is equipped with anything you could possibly need. Its a 12 minute walk to IRB 5th Ave Access. Many restaurants and shops walking distance. Loved this rental!

Cute little place
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was nice and clean, the master bed was hard and it was hot in that one room, we enjoyed the pool and the nice neighbors, i thought we were going to be close to the beach but i went and rented a car because walking to the store and beach everyday was a little bit to much.

Yearly vaca

It was a very clean place next to the beach.

Sorry you did not find the mattress comfortable as it is a matter of preference. We have never had complaints about the full time residence being nosey perhaps they just wanted to get to know you. Hope you were still able to enjoy your stay.

Family spring break
Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo fit our needs perfectly. Was a short drive to do any activities we wanted and we even walked to the beach. Took about 20 minutes but saved the hassle of parking! My children loved feeding the turtles and seeing the birds at l the Nature Preserve across the street!
