Clearwater offers a seemingly endless supply of sun and a mild temperate climate. It is ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s west coast.

This recently built condo is huge (over 1856 s.f.) and is located on the 6th floor of the beautiful Harborview Grande.

Enjoy the 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways.

Have breakfast lunch or dinner on the large balcony and watch the boats go by. The dolphins are optional but we guarantee the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world!
Also, you will find high-speed wi-fi internet connections throughout the condo.
No Car Needed. Everything is within walking distance. Dining, Pharmacy, Drug Store, Convenience Store, Gas Station, Minigolf, Resorts, Spas, Restaurants, Real Estates offices, etc.
I live in a house 1/2 a mile from this property and I have lived in Milan Italy, Livorno Tuscany, Toronto, Chicago, Montecarlo Principality of Monaco, Salem Indiana,
High Point N.C. and Clearwater Beach.
This beautiful city has been my home for over 30 years. I love it here and I feel blessed every day.
I also own 'Cesare At The Beach', an outstanding Italian restaurant, just 1 block south of the condo.

Perfect Location-Even better than the pictures!
Lovely location-perfect for walking and when tired, the Jolly Trolley got us where we needed to go. Communication was excellent! Viewed dolphins off the balcony, Taco Bus across the street was a food favorite, and walk to the beach was quick! Beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. My recommendations-would be helpful to have limited seasonings such as salt and pepper, cooking oil spray, dish soap and more kitchen towels.

We will definitely book this condo again. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, & beach. Having 2 parking spots was a plus! Saw lots of dolphins from our balcony & enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Condo was super spacious for all 8 of us.

Love this condo
We had a great stay in this condo. The location is great. I think the best part is the amazing view from the balcony. It really is beautiful. We saw otters and dolphins during our stay. The condo is large and great for everyone to spread out. The master bed was very comfy and shower amazing too. The pool is small but we never used it, just went to the beach! Great restaurants right outside your door. Can't beat it! We appreciated the covered parking when we arrived as there was a downpour.

Wonderful getaway.
Perfect location, close enough to walk to everything but just off the beaten path enough to relax and get away from the crowds. We watched the dolphins play in the back yard daily and even saw an otter. Very relaxing to sit on the back patio and watch the boats. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here! The view was amazing, we watched the sunrise over the bay every morning. The property was super clean and had lots of room for our large family! Great Location!
The pictures that are shown do not do this place justice!! It’s a great house in a great location. There were 6 adults in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything you need is in walking distance or a short car ride away. If I go back to Clearwater I would stay here again.

Excellent condo for family!!!
We absolutely loved this condo! It is very spacious for a family and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Super quiet and relaxing. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo was very clean. I loved the huge tub in the master bathroom! Carlos is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location is nice and within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again! The only suggestion is to replace the hairdryer as it only provided cool air and took my hair a long time to dry and fix the bathroom sink in the small bathroom as the drain appeared to be clogged and drained very slowly. Excellent place to stay. Don’t hesitate to book this one!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to Clearwater. The location of the condo in proximity to the beach was just what we were looking for. We spent more time out of the condo than in it because the weather was so beautiful. Was happy to spot a dolphin in the bay one morning. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The location of this condo couldn't be better for our needs. We could walk across the street to 2 of the many waterfront restaurants located within walking distance. The beach and the marina are a very short stroll from the condo. The pool was very warm and also had a jacuzzi. Even though we had cool weather, the pool was always enjoyable. The gated onsite parking with two parking passes was great when some of our family visited. There are two side by side elevators that we rarely waited more than 15 seconds for. The billiards room was a useful bonus when our grandson arrived. The owner, Carlo, was very accommodating. He stopped by the first day and when he realized the cable in the living room wasn't working due to a bad cable box, he immediately called the cable company and arranged to pick up the box the next morning. That box was DOA so he repeated the same process the next morning. When my wife told him she had concerns about the bed due to previous comments, but it wasn't a big deal, Carlo suggested we try it out and if we thought it was an issue he would replace it. When he arrived with the new cable box the next day, he asked how we slept. When he got the answer of "ok" he decided to replace it with a new box spring and mattress! The new mattress arrived and was promptly replaced and the old hauled away within 15 minutes of arrival. We couldn't ask for a more accommodating owner.
