What a great hidden gem! A wonderful option for locals that want to have a stay-cation and enjoy downtown St. Petersburg. You also get to use the amenities of The Hollander - which is very convenient. We look forward to staying there again!

Stayed at the Avalon for one night to go to a concert at the theatre. Super clean, friendly staff, great atmosphere for adults. Sister hotel next door with two great bars, restaurant, and little bakery. Shuttle service provided for free anywhere within 20 minutes. 5-7 happy hour wine and champagne. Definitely would go back.

When I'm in St Pete I always stay at the Hollander or the Avalon. Location is great and the staff is wonderful.
