Good location and great pool

Better than expected
Publié le 27 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was bigger than the pictures suggest. Perfect for multiple family members with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing some privacy. Open kitchen and living room floor plan and large outdoor covered patio area great for family time. Pool beautiful and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Only frustration was getting trying to get a receipt and information from the management. It all worked out but I feel I had to ask for information (receipt, how to enter property, etc.).

Thank you for your kind words. Per our conversations, My software was showing that you put my emails in a spam folder so your email was blocking it every time we emailed you. As you know I did tell you every time I received an email saying it was blocked and I texted you right away. I hope that helped! Thank you for the five stars. Please come back and see us anytime

Publié le 27 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayI loved the location- near beach, shops, restaurants and nature preserve. Kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The washer and dryer were helpful and the kitchen was nice. My only critique is that I wish the bedrooms that opened to the outside had a deadbolt and/or the fence had a lock. Would have felt more secure with kids. Good place and would recommend.
Overall had a lovely stay!

Lovely Beach Cottage!

We were provided with everything we needed and appreciated the beach accessories that were left for us. The back yard was very nice, and the pool was plenty big and great for cooling off. Our host was very responsive when we had any questions or needed to contact him. We would definitely recommend this house!

All and all Positive
Publié le 28 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayLocation was perfect! We normally book right on the beach with an ocean view. This year we needed pet friendly because we traveled with our 10 year old dachshund. This house was as close as we could get to “ocean view” and checked all of our boxes. The house itself could use some updating, but that did not put any hamper in our vacation whatsoever! If I could give any advice at all; bring your own trash bags and dishwasher pods. We only had 1 bag in the can and one extra for the entire week; we made due with those and the Publix grocery bags we had from our shopping trip. Beware, if more than one person showers at once (in alternate bathrooms) the water temp fluctuates from warm to scolding. Use of the pool is best in early AM/late PM due to the heat of Florida. That was also not an issue as we spent most of our daytime at the beach which I might add was a very close walk and GORGEOUS! The Gulf is always PERFECT for us and this area was more than expected! Thank you for opening up your guest home to us and for your quick response anytime we had a question/issue. Again, sorry for turning your bath towels pink 😉 Can’t wait for our next trip to Florida!

Beautiful area, communication with manager was amazing
Publié le 17 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwaydue to unforeseen circumstances, we actually stayed at two different places. Both within a couple blocks of each other and the beach. This area is quieter and ability to drive around on golf carts. The manager was amazing to work with, always prompt in communications and timing of information. We would stay again at a place this manager oversees.

Thank you for your fabulous review! Our cleaner had a medical emergency and did not get to this property in time for Kara to check in. I had to move Kara to another property. Kara was amazing and very understanding. Glad it worked out and hope to have Kara back again in the future.
