Great location in the downtown area. Staff friendliness and helpfulness could not be better. We enjoyed our stay.
Upgrades suggestions would be to have an ice machine available for the guests.

Weekend getaway
Publié le 7 mars 2020 sur HotelsWe stsyed here for a weekend getaway. The Inn was beautiful and so cosy. The bed in the KeyWest room was very comfortable. The only recommendation that I had was the continental breakfast could have been a bit better for the price. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Publié le 26 janv. 2020 sur HotelsThe pictures on your site need to be updated. The current decor under new ownership is no where near that of the previous owners. I was shocked at how basic the furnishings were in comparison!
The street appeal was not enticing.
The property has such potential but currently it needs a lot of TLC!

Definitely not ready for prime time
Publié le 9 déc. 2019 sur HotelsVery much a budget-style hotel, with primo prices. Very disappointing, as not at all as advertised. Definitely unsuitable for business travel. Bathroom and shower is the tiniest I have ever seen (and I am from the UK!) No shelf or space for toiletries and the tile in mine was actually hanging off the wall. There is no business center, much less the 24-hour service advertised. The WiFi is very weak. The advertised "full breakfast" is a make-your-own coffee station and some packets of cereal (but no milk) and white bread for self-toasting, but this is only available for an hour. There was no cleaning service at all when I was there, and the staff member was only around for a couple of hours during the day, with no one there at night, which is disconcerting if you are coming in late. The bed was comfortable, but way too large for the tiny room, so that there was no room for bedside tables, and anything you might want to keep near you at night - glasses, water, phones, etc -- had to go on the floor.. Was told that it changed hands three months ago, and the new owner was in the process of renovating, but they seem to be doing it themselves and/or on a tight budget, and it's definitely not ready for business. Best thing about it is the location.

Booked a room with a jetted tub there was NO tub. Air system terrible, outside of room. After first night figured it out after freezing. Keys given to lock door did not work. Breakfast substandard. Place could be very beautiful but seems to have been neglected for a few years. Location is perfect. Innkeeper girl tried to help but saw no management resolve to issues. Do not typically leave reviews but buyer beware of this one

Beautiful house, location is fantastic. Bathroom would be a little small for extended stay (might have only been my room)
