The Beach Lodge two-story cottage is just steps from the sand, sleeps up to ten guests, and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for large families. There is a beachfront reserved pavilion, lush landscape, outdoor dining set, and heated/chilled pool, and is in a desirable location that is within walking distance of several great local spots and shops.

When you step outside your door, you will find your own patio set to enjoy meals, cocktails, or the beautiful Florida weather. Just a short walk will take you past our pool area and through the lush landscape that leads straight to the Gulf of Mexico!

For even larger families, we have a studio unit, the Key West that can be accessed from the Beach Lodge kitchen and living room. It has a queen bed, full-size futon, dining set, full kitchen, and 1 bath. It also has a patio set right outside of its entrance. This studio sleeps up to four guests. Please contact us for deals on renting both or visit the listing for Beach Lodge + Studio at The Arbors listing. This would then sleep up to a total of 12 guests with three baths! Great for large or multiple families.

Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer combo, electric stove/oven, microwave, blender, a 2-slice toaster, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining: Dining set that sits 4 in chairs and 2 on the bench. Plus a cafe bar table that sits an extra 4!

Living Area: A large sectional couch and flat-screen TV

Bedroom #1 (Upstairs): The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, two bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 (Upstairs): This bedroom has a King-sized bed, plenty of drawer space, two ceiling fans, and a TV.

Bedroom #3 (Upstairs): This bedroom is accessed through the King bedroom (bedroom #2) and has 2 bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a full-size bed on the bottom, and a twin-sized bed on top, sleeping up to 6 in total! This room has a ceiling fan and TV.

Bathroom #1 (Upstairs): Full bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Bathroom #2 (Upstairs, en-suite): Three-quarters bathroom with standing shower. Is the en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom.

Outdoors: For those staying in the Beach Lodge, there is a reserved oceanfront pavilion that has enough seating for six. A perfect spot to hang out under the lights at night, or just take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and sunsets!

We have a private beach area that has plenty of loungers and some beach toys for the kids. There is also free shared laundry on site. Heated/chilled pool with three relaxing waterfalls, beautiful paver pathways leading you to our private beach area, two grilling areas, painted seawall, and pavilion.
We have frequent guests who come with extended family to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, family reunions, and holidays. Guests can stay in separate cottages but share the outdoor living spaces. Some large groups prefer to rent the entire complex under "Arbors Seaside Cottages Complex"- this way it can sleep up to thirty guests.

Important Information:

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 1 reserved parking space. Guest parking is limited to 1-2 cars on the shuffleboard, first come first serve.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
