This is a SELF CHECK-IN cozy in- law apartment, it has its own private entrance, living room & bath room. Minutes to the beaches.

* One block over to Sunset Beach.
* 1 mile to Howard Park & Beach.
* 2 miles to Historic Sponge Docks.
* A 6 min to Gorgeous Innisbrook Golf Courses. The Copperhead Golf Course is the most recognizable of Innisbrook’s four golf courses and is the host course every March for the PGA TOUR’s Valspar Championship.
* A 15 min to Honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US.
* A 30 min to Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018.

There are lots of fun things in our area, there is a concert at Sunset Beach the first Thursday of each month. Sunset Beach Park is a local favorite with kite boarders, boaters, fishermen, and a perfect place to watch the Sunset. Howard Park with a beach, picnic sites, kayak trail through mangroves, walking trails and a lot of BBQ sets. The Sponge Docks has gift shops, restaurants and boat tours out to one of the islands, you might see dolphins and manatees. Explore the River, Bayous and The Gulf of Mexico. All are a perfect setting for boating, fishing and swimming or just communing with nature. A quick 1.6 mile drive/ride to the Pinellas Trail (over 50 miles of paved cycling/walking trails covering the whole county). Free bicycles are available for use at my place.

Accommodation exactly as described in quiet residential area. Owners helpful but not intrusive. Lots to do in area and saw some fabulous sunsets at Sunset beach within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Beautifully decorated and everything you need was there. Weather was too chilly to use the bikes but it would have been fun to do. Since it was so cold, it was nice to have a comfortable place to just relax especially after being on the road for 4 days. Definitely recommend .

Property had a nice back yard and you can BBQ if you want to. We used bikes that were available and included in the package (Pinnealis Trail). There is a table on the porch that you can eat breakfast or drink coffee. Apt. also have plenty of supplies like coffee, sugar, shampoo, etc. We have no negative comments about this property. The place was small but space was utilized well. Great location and May and her husband were very nice. Definitely would stay again. The only thing we would recommend is to get the bedroom ceiling fan fixed other than that it was wonderful!

We really enjoyed the location being close to 'local' sites. Sunset beach is walkable around the block. Most locations in Tarpon Springs are within 3 miles from this location. The host was very communicative before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this.

Great short term rental
The property is great for a short term rental but has some limitations if a longer stay is required. A reminder that the property does not have a stove, kitchen sink and only a medium sized fridge and microwave. The upstairs apartment is located off the owners residence in a separate wing. The location is great, close to everything.

Clean and convenient
We enjoyed our stay in Tarpon Springs, The apartment was incredibly clean and convenient to everything. Make sure to check out the sunset at Sunset Beach . Since it was cold, we also got to see the manatees at Craig Park. The only drawback was the walls aren't too thick - we heard a dog bark (occasionally) and someone coughing - but literally nothing else. We would certainly stay there again!!
