Wonderful location!
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second stay at this condo. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the view of the beach and ocean is beautiful! The condo has everything you need for days spent on the beach from chairs to floats, umbrella, beach toys and beach towels. Inside the condo you feel so at home and you even have a washer/dryer! The balcony is the perfect spot to watch the dolphins as well! Jojo our host was wonderful and was very attentive and was able to let us check in early and gave us a later checkout too. I recommend this property and give it a 10/10! We will be back next year for sure!!

Fantastic Stay!
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great week in Madeira celebrating our daughters college graduation! The location was perfect and exactly as listed. Beautiful place with everything you need for a beach vacation. We were there when Tropical Storm Debby was making her way through the Gulf, so we had a couple of days of stormy weather, but it was fantastic on the other side! Our host Jojo was great keeping us posted and checking in to make sure everything was OK. Jojo was a great communicator and very helpful. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Great Escape

Great location, super beach

The unit was quiet, and worked well for 3 adults. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and toys.
Jojo promptly responded to all our texts.

Great stay with a short notice

We arrived Saturday of Labor Day weekend like we always so only to find out our time share date through another condo complex was changed to the following week. Trying to find another place to stay on a busy holiday weekend was a bit of a nightmare. Luckily we came across this unit and was able to check in right away and turned out to be a much nicer and more comfortable stay. The unit is well stocked with anything you would need for your beach vacation. JoJo was quick to respond and so helpful. We highly recommend this unit, you won’t be disappointed!!

I stayed with a family. The property is spacious and fully stocked with towels and dishes. Beach is very close, the views are amazing. Beach is very private. Pool is in the shade for half of the day. I would love to come back.

Very Nice Beach Condo.

Property was in great shape as well - but while we loved the first floor, it would have been nice to have keys to stairs and pool bathroom. Hated to have to wait for and use elevator for one floor when the stair door was steps from the parking space. Secondly, the outdoor area needs more opportunities for shade, as there is little shade, unless you sit on the side of the pool behind a wall. Pool area bathroom was a nice touch, but again, needed a key. Otherwise, great property. No matter what time we went outside, there were plenty of chairs available.
