In the area known as the Narrows, this 'top of class' beach front gem has views of the Gulf, White Sand Beach and Pool/Hot Tub. You will see striking sunsets from your private balcony and your master suite located on the sixth floor (7 stories up). Views of Boca Ciega Bay and the intra-coastal waterway can be seen from both bedrooms. With only 39 units in this property, you can rest assured a day at the large beach side pool will be calm and relaxing. Pool area includes a hut tub, cabana, lounge chairs, showers, bathrooms, charcoal and gas grills. Grab some beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs & Toys, even a cooler (all provided) and head off to the virtually private beach for a day of fun in the sun, steps from your home away from home. At the end of the day, come relax in your large master suite with Memory foam King bed and private ensuite with a multi spray shower. The guest suite also boasts a comfortable queen bed and has it's own bath just off the room. This is an ideal vacation destination for multiple families or couples traveling together. Enjoy cooking in your fully equipped gourmet kitchen with purified water next to large laundry/pantry room. The entire unit is equipped with a water softener for your health and convenience, you don’t need to use as much soap as you do with hard water, you're going to love how it feels. The unit also has a tankless water heater so running out of hot water is very unlikely! Wireless internet, Cable, and Netflix are available on both large screen HD cable TV's for your enjoyment. Nationwide calling including Canada is also part of your package. On site parking and a lobby with luggage & shopping carts to help you get your belongings up to your condo are readily available as well. Seating that reclines, a 50' & 47' HD TV, wireless internet, Board Games located in the Pantry are just some of the comforts this vacation property includes. The unit has an alarm for your safety, a coded entry so no key required to enter the unit, breakfast bar as well as dinning area. All the blinds in the condo are automatic, just push a button and privacy is almost instant, press it again in the morning and let the sunshine in!

This newly renovated state of the art vacation rental is in the heart of it all. Just south of Park Blvd near the Seacoast Bird Sanctuary (admission is always FREE), you and your kids are going to love it! You're within walking distance to parks, tennis courts, breakfast & coffee shops. Ice cream (Candy Kitchen), pizza (Beach Pizza), and convenience stores are just to name a few. Gulf Blvd is a hot spot for entertainment, shopping, eating to simply strolling and sight seeing. Our favorite restaurant, the Salt Rock Grill is only .9 miles away and has excellent food. Make your way to John's Pass to experience fantastic waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions, only 5 minutes south. Fifteen minutes north and you are at Clearwater Beach, here you will find award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away, Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Leave the car at home when exploring the local area, we have the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs right outside your door and for only 5 dollars you can jump on and off all day. Travel from Clearwater beach to St. Pete's Beach and all stops in between. The trolley run's every 20 to 30 minutes from 5 am through10:10 pm; or until midnight on Friday's and Saturday's. It even has free WIFI, a total of 20.7 miles each way. The Clearwater beach area is a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, get away for spring break or a much needed summer vacation. Granddaughters visited for 6 days, otherwise just my wife and self. Was wondering if bldg had a recycling program. We could not see where to put separate recycling items. Unit was entirely as advertised. Great view and all appliances worked well. Thanks for allowing our little dog. My wife will not travel without her.

Beautiful Condo with Breathtaking views
This condo was beautifully decorated and we felt so at home here. George was super helpful with all the details we needed for our stay! The view was absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine and unwinding. The pool was clean and the beach was so much closer then some of the other places we stayed in that just south of here. We met some really nice people and found some really great restaurants in the area. Anything you need is in the condo and for the beach! Great location…very family and pet friendly! We were so sad to leave after 8 days but look forward to going back one day!

The condo was absolutely amazing, exactly as pictured and described. Perfect location! The beach views were fabulous as we watched dolphins every morning when we had our coffee on the balcony! The pool/hot tub area was spotless and tended to each morning and the pool was the perfect temperature (always a plus). We've already rebooked for a future vacation!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view
My family and I stayed here 3 years ago and my sister's family stayed here for this trip while we were in the condo next door. The condo is just as perfect as when we stayed and the gulf view is unbeatable! George and Raffi have thought of everything you need (love the ceiling fan on the balcony!). They are also very quick to respond with any questions or issues. The location is perfect as well with the beach in front of the condo never being super crowded. It's just a great place to stay!

Amazing Stay
My family stayed at the property for 5 days and 4 nights. The inside of the condo is VERY clean and comfortable. The view from the kitchen/living room feels like you are in the gulf. You can easily see the pool, the beach and the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well stocked. The bedrooms are very comfortable and large. The in-condo laundry was a big bonus. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and the trolley is available for pickup and drop off right outside the building. Communication was great with George and Raffi, they obviously take great pride in their properties. Can’t wait to come back!

Oceanfront Penthouse Paradise for the Whole Family!
This penthouse is absolutely beautiful, and the beach view is breathtaking. This place has everything you need for the kitchen and beach. Close to everything. Only bad thing is, I had to go back home. I will make this penthouse my permanent beach vacation rental.
