Dream location and accommodations
Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was in the perfect spot for us. Walk or two-minute drive to St. Pete Beach, easy access to highway. The condo is immaculate and quite spacious for a family of four. Beds very comfortable. Nice community pool and jacuzzi. Small beach, sunset views over St. Pete Beach and the bridge just across the street. The most amazing thing for us were the multitudes of water birds (anahingas, herons, storks, egrets) viewable from windows and patio. We could have watched all day. Stayed a week, wish it was a month.

Nice and quiet place
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was very clean and quiet. The pool is quite aways from the apartment and was out of commission while we were there. It could have been from the storm that had just been through. The security officers weren’t the most friendly but other than that we had a great stay. Great view of a beautiful golf hole out the back door!

Isla del Sol stay
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe area around the condo was lovely and quiet. Overall, the condo was nice. We were surprised that there was no coffee! A few water bottles would have been a nice touch. For the price, I was expecting nicer quality towels and sheets. The sheets are 100% polyester. We found them to be uncomfortable and hot. The bed itself was fine. We sat out on the patio which needed a good power wash. Lastly, we felt that the cleaning fee was high, but, we paid it for the location.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate every review and take all comments seriously. During your stay we had several correspondences and you mentioned how beautiful the condo is. I wish you had let me know of your concerns then so I could have been of immediate assistance. We have many towels in the big linen closet with several degrees of thickness. We also have sets of spare sheets with varying thread counts.
I would like to explain that the cleaning fee you referred to (billed as a host fee) is actually a mandatory fee the HOA charges to park your car and is remitted directly to them. The remainder helps to pay for cleaning.
I will mention to the HOA about pressure washing the patio. Again thank you for your input.

We were there to experience our granddaughter's cheer competition, in Tampa. This was perfect price, and perfect location for us!! Everything was beautiful!!! We also enjoyed, the golfers also on hole 8!! We highly recommend this place!!
