Gorgeous little motel close to the beach and pier 60. We stayed in a family suite that had a great little kitchenette with everything you would need. We enjoyed the pool area and the free coffee each morning was a lovely bonus - would highly recommend and likely to return in the future

Property overall was nice , clean and quiet. I had 2 issues . First was the entry door had to be slammed just to close and pulled hard to open . I also did not appreciate asking for towels and when the young lady knocked on my door I asked Who was It and she opened the door and I was Nude . I witness Her doing this later that day when I was In the pool and she knocked on a door then quickly opened the door and heard her apologizing . Her actions are just rude and uncomfortable for most I am Sure ..

Great location for a beach weekend, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Room small but comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean common areas and pool. Not a luxurious stay, but has everything you need and conveniently located for exploring the area. Could improve water temps in shower. It was either very warm or scorching, not what I prefer in the Florida heat. Bed a bit firm for my taste, but not uncomfortably so.

We got in super late/early in the morning due to many delays in our flight. I had asked for a room with a bathtub. We were upgrades to the honeymoon suite for 2 days so I could have a tub. Room was clean except they forgot to sweep the sand in the floor. We were even offered a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary but we declined bc we don’t drink alcohol. Before buying items for the beach we asked the lobby and they allowed us to borrow a few chairs and an umbrella. This was so nice. We rented a car but it is not necessary. We walked everywhere we went. Hotel is a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The beach is nice but was so crowded. We saw lots of dolphins while swimming in ocean and even a manatee on Saturday. Swam right up to us. It was so neat. We would definitely come back to Devon shores. Side note the king suite is very small. It was just me and my husband and we were cramped and on top of each other. Definitely pay extra and rent a bigger room. I just assumed that since it was listed as a suite it was bigger but it wasn’t. No table or extra chair to sit on. But other than that rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. Bed was hard but I’m picky on beds bc I have a bad back. I’m use to sleeping on my purple mattress so their beds weren’t good for my back. We will definitely be back next year!!!
